Recently, there's been talk of a Led Zeppelin reunion tour. Robert Plant has steadfastly maintained that he has "no intention whatsoever of touring with anyone for at least the next two years," according to Billboard Magazine. As I write this, I am in the midst of a conversation with a friend about the vegetarian community, specifically, how people love to nail themselves up on a cross and talk about how hard it was to make the "lifestyle choice" to be a vegetarian. While I'm aware that the transition period would be a bit of a challenge for someone who has spent their life ingesting the crap that McDonald's feeds you in oversized portions (ever notice how the most unhealthy stuff is also the biggest?), the act of avoiding a diet of meat, I think, would be something that would cease to be a challenge once the initial shock wears off.… Post the First Comment

I don't know if this was done in light of the recent unfortunate Proposition Eight amendment that passed in California, but for anyone whoever steps in the UWM Union from now until Nov 21 is highly encouraged to check out the same-sex couples' portrait exhibit outside the bookstore.… Post the First Comment
